How to get the most out of a VOD review

Pick the right game

Don't send your best game or your worst. Send a close loss where you felt you had a chance. Those games show the decisions that actually matter at your level.

Bring one question

• "Why did we lose every dragon fight after 20 minutes?"
• "Was my level 2 invade a good idea?"
• "Where should I be when my bot lane shoves?"

One clear question makes the review ten times more useful.

After the review

1. Write down the one habit you are changing.
2. Play five games focusing only on that.
3. Book a follow-up and send one of those five.

The goal of a review isn't to feel bad about mistakes. It's to leave with a plan for the next game.
