How matchmaking works

  1. Region first. Only players on your server.
  2. Rating window. Starts at ±40 MMR and widens 1 per second, up to ±200.
  3. Roles. Two per role, primary before secondary before fill.
  4. Balance. Every possible split is checked; the closest average MMR wins.
  5. Ready check. 15 seconds. A dodge sends everyone else back with their queue time.
