How matchmaking works
- Region first. Only players on your server.
- Rating window. Starts at ±40 MMR and widens 1 per second, up to ±200.
- Balance. Every possible split is checked; the closest average MMR wins.
- Ready check. 15 seconds. A dodge sends everyone else back with their queue time.
